XCMG Europe GmbH is seeking a Service & Maintenance Manager for the mobile crane segment to lead service and maintenance activities, ensure quality and process compliance, and report deviations. The role emphasizes documenting activities and driving continuous product improvements while closely partnering with customers to understand their equipment needs.

You will optimize internal service processes (spares, logistics, technical) and collaborate with sales, product, and service teams.

Qualifikationen

• Solid knowledge of (mobile) cranes.
• Experience in maintenance, repair and service of heavy machinery.
• Experience in customer service and cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical vocational training or equivalent qualification.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on attitude and strong customer orientation.
• Willingness to travel for on-site assignments; Dutch and English skills are advantageous.

Your mission

• Responsibility for the service and maintenance business in the mobile crane segment
• Ensuring quality and process compliance across all service and maintenance activities
• Identifying and reporting service or product deviations, as well as participating in root cause analysis
• Documenting service and maintenance activities and actively contributing to continuous product and service improvements
• Working closely with customers to understand machinery and operational requirements for mobile cranes
• Managing and optimizing internal service processes and interfaces (e.g., spare parts, logistics, technical department)

Your profile

• Solid knowledge in the field of (mobile) cranes
• Experience in maintenance, repair, and service processes of heavy machinery and equipment (hydraulics, electrical systems, mechanics)
• Experience in customer service as well as collaboration with sales, product, and service organizations
• Technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrician) or a comparable qualification
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, teamwork skills, and strong customer orientation
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer assignments. Very good written and spoken Dutch, and good English skills are an advantage
