XCMG in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Krefeld is seeking a Service & Maintenance professional for the mobile crane segment. You will ensure quality and process compliance, document activities, and collaborate with customers to meet equipment requirements.

The role includes traveling for on-site assignments and coordinating with parts, logistics, and the technical department to continuously improve products and services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in maintenance, repair and service of heavy machinery and equipment.

• Ensure quality and process compliance across service activities.
• Identify and report service/product deviations and participate in root cause analysis.
• Document service activities and contribute to continuous product/service improvements.

• Manage and optimize internal service processes and interfaces (spare parts, logistics, technical dept).

Your mission

• Responsibility for the service and maintenance business in the mobile crane segment
• Ensuring quality and process compliance across all service and maintenance activities
• Identifying and reporting service or product deviations, as well as participating in root cause analysis
• Documenting service and maintenance activities and actively contributing to continuous product and service improvements
• Working closely with customers to understand machinery and operational requirements for mobile cranes
• Managing and optimizing internal service processes and interfaces (e.g., spare parts, logistics, technical department)

Your profile

• Solid knowledge in the field of (mobile) cranes
• Experience in maintenance, repair, and service processes of heavy machinery and equipment (hydraulics, electrical systems, mechanics)
• Experience in customer service as well as collaboration with sales, product, and service organizations
• Technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrician) or a comparable qualification
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, teamwork skills, and strong customer orientation
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer assignments. Very good written and spoken Dutch, and good English skills are an advantage
