You will design onboarding and enablement programs to accelerate adoption and expansion, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering tangible outcomes for customers and the company.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Experience in renewals and expansions with a consultative, proactive approach.
