We’re supporting an international client who is expanding their Microsoft Collaboration team and searching for an experienced Microsoft 365 Teams Specialist with a strong focus on Voice, PSTN, Direct Routing, and call‑centre integrations.

If you have hands‑on experience with :

• Microsoft Teams Phone & Voice
• Direct Routing / Operator Connect
• PowerShell automation
• Call‑centre integrations (AudioCodes, Anywhere365, Genesys)
• Governance & regulatory compliance (EU / German)
