POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Patient Care Services, the Manager of Systems and Regulatory Quality supports the design, monitoring, analysis and improvement of patient care and organizational functions for the Division of Patient Care Services and the Healthcare System at‑large. Assumes primary responsibility for the institution‑wide Patient Care Services quality program. Ensures compliance with all applicable TJC standards, National Patient Safety Goals and ISDOH regulations. Oversees data collection and reporting for the Division of Patient Care Services.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :

Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in department quality assessment. Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) desirable. Moderate‑level computer knowledge required. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required. Successful project development experiences a must.
