David Lloyd Clubs Frankfurt is recruiting a Member Support Advisor to handle member queries across chat, phone and email from our Frankfurt hub. The role emphasizes timely, accurate processing of requests and active engagement to deliver high-quality service.

Based at our Frankfurt club, you will work a structured schedule (9–17 or 10–18) and contribute to a friendly, supportive member experience in a busy wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
• Previous experience in a call centre environment would be desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A drive to hit targets and stay resilient in a fast paced setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Based at a hub within our Frankfurt David Lloyd Club, you will work as part of a team focused on providing outstanding service and support to our members. This role is based in one of our Membership Hubs, with working hours of either 9-17 or 10-18, offering a consistent and structured working pattern. *This role is located at our Frankfurt club*
