Jobbeschreibung

We're looking for a Member of Technical Staff (ML/AI focus) to join our engineering team and help us pioneer the intersection of AI and user research. You'll be responsible for building cutting-edge AI systems that transform qualitative research into quantitative insights, including developing synthetic user simulations and fine-tuning models for interview analysis. Working closely with our founding team of former Lyft/Ro executives, you'll architect the AI infrastructure that powers our platform's core differentiator.

In your first year, you'll own the development of synthetic user capabilities, design scalable AI pipelines, and explore model fine-tuning opportunities as we scale from processing hundreds to thousands of user interviews. This role is critical to our mission of merging qualitative and quantitative research through AI, positioning you at the forefront of a completely new market category.
