Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and implement the European marketing strategy. The role offers creative control, a strong salary range of €80,000–€90,000 with a bonus up to 2 months' salary, plus 30 days of holiday and additional benefits.

You will report to the General Manager for Europe, manage brand, PR, budgeting, and collaborate closely with Sales on trade shows and events. The position is hybrid, based in Hannover, with some home working and office days.

Qualifications

• Senior or managerial marketing experience.
• Professional level of German and English.
• Hybrid role based in Hannover with 1.5 days per week home working.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the European marketing strategy.
• Oversee Budget/Controlling and PR organization.
• Coordinate with Sales for trade fairs and events and campaigns.

Excellent opportunity for a Marketing Professional to join a well-established, global business in a role where you will have creative control and autonomy whilst earning a generous salary and bonus.

This company are a global supplier of Original Equipment to the Automotive sector and have sites around the world. They are currently in a period of change within the company so are looking to expand their Marketing efforts by hiring a Marketing Manager to join their specialist team.

In this role you will report into the General Manager for Europe and lead the development and implementation of the companies marketing strategy in Europe. You will handle topics such as, but not limited to, Budget/Controlling, PR Organisation, Brand Management and work closely in tandem with Sales to support with topics like Trade Fairs and events etc. This is a hybrid role and you can do a mixture of work from home and the office.

The person will come with strong experience in Marketing, ideally at a Senior or Managerial level be comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders and have exceptional communication skills. You will need a professional level of German and English for this role.
