• Coordinate the full end-to-end planning and execution of events using internal teams and external vendors
• Coordinate copy for blogs, emails, social media channels, and print collateral
• Manage logistics, promotional gear, and schedules for trade shows, webinars, and corporate events
• Coordinate shipping and logistics for events
• Capture event photography and videography using a mobile device
• Lead pre-event planning, including budget creation and project management of logistics
• Secure sponsorships, booth spaces, and event locations
• Design and coordinate booth layouts, signage, displays, and branded materials with vendors
• Manage registration processes, attendee lists, and cross-departmental participation
• Plan food and beverage, entertainment, audio-visual requirements, and shipping logistics
• Schedule and facilitate pre-conference internal planning meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1 to 3 years of prior experience in an administrative role
• Marketing experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal abilities for clear copywriting and cross-team coordination
• Travel requirement: 25%
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field preferred
