Orizon GmbH sucht einen Aircraft Performance Engineer (m/w/d) in der Umgebung Dahlewitz, Deutschland. Sie definieren Produktzyklen, analysieren Systemebenen-Attribute und sammeln Anforderungen interner sowie externer Kunden.

Sie arbeiten eng mit der Aerospace-Branche zusammen, liefern Daten an Sub-Systeme für Design und Entwicklung und betreuen Schnittstellen zwischen Systemen und Produkten. Gute Deutschkenntnisse runden das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Universitätsabschluss im Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Starke mechanische Designkenntnisse.
• Verständnis fachspezifischer Konzepte inkl. Fertigung, Aerodynamik.
• Kenntnisse zu Produktintegrität / Haftung und Zertifizierungen.
• Logische, analytische und innovative Problemlösungsfähigkeit.
• Fließendes Englisch und gute Deutschkenntnisse.

Your Prospective Job:

For our client, a provider for the aviation and space programs industry, we are looking for you as a Aircraft Performance Engineer (m/w/d) located around Dahlewitz.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the definition of the product cycle
• Provide prediction and analysis of product attributes at the whole system / platform level
• Gather, manage and disseminate requirements of internal and external customers
• Provide data to sub-systems for product design and development
• Define and manage system and product interfaces
• Provide insight into product / aircraft interaction
• Provide insight and analysis of real world operation and customer usage
• Manage relationships with internal and external customers

Your Profile:

• University degree in engineering or comparable qualification
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical design methodologies
• Good understanding of cross-discipline engineering concepts which include manufacturing engineering, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, thermal and mechanical analysis, cost engineering and product definition
• Knowledge and experience of product integrity / liability and certification frameworks
• Ability to apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking on a range of technical problems and make balanced decisions across technical and business parameters
• Fluent English and good German skills spoken and written
