Job summary

Blackwave GmbH in Germany is seeking a Production/Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. You will coordinate Production Engineering across teams, prioritize open topics, and develop scalable, robust series production for aerospace-spirited products.

You will lead problem-solving, apply 5S and lean methods, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, scalable production and successful ramp-ups.

Qualifications

• Space-to-Automotive mindset and understanding of scalable space manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean & CI methods such as Kaizen, SMED and 5S.
• Strong problem-solving and risk-management skills, including 5 Why, Ishikawa and FMEA.
• Shopfloor experience and strong cross-functional communication.
• Experience as a Change Agent for new technologies, processes, and equipment.
• Fluent German and English (C1); willingness to regularly work at our Garching and Taufkirchen locations.
