Job summary

Blackwave GmbH in Germany is seeking a detail-oriented cleanliness technician to perform daily cleaning of aerospace components and tanks, strictly following established procedures and quality standards. You will own your work, log results, identify deviations early, and communicate issues to keep the team on schedule.

You are a reliable team player with strong communication, comfortable in cleanroom/PPE gowning, and ready to work on-site in the first shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lab/ cleanliness-controlled environment and familiarity with relevant quality documentation, standards, and industry best practices
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently without constant supervision
• Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and organized way of working
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent English; German is a plus and willingness to learn; willing to work on-site, first shift

• Reliable team player with strong communication skills
• Comfortable wearing cleanroom/PPE gowning and performing repetitive manual tasks for extended periods; basic computer skills for logging results and completing documentation
• Fluent English; German is a plus and willingness to learn; willing to work on‑site, first shift
