Zusammenfassung

Blackwave GmbH is looking for a hands-on maintenance technician to keep our production lines running reliably at our facility in Germany. You will maintain machinery, perform preventive tasks, and document changes to support scalable manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have formal mechatronics training and experience in industrial settings, with strong problem-solving skills and clear communication with internal teams and service providers. Fluent German and good English are expected.

• Experience maintaining machinery and equipment in an industrial environment.
• Structured working style with solid documentation skills and a root-cause mindset.
• Action-oriented, organized, and able to communicate confidently with internal teams and external service providers.
• Experience with milling, turning, presses, robots, or HVAC systems.

• Keep our production running and ensure machinery is operational and properly maintained.
• Identify weaknesses early to prevent downtime and resolve issues quickly.
• Document maintenance and changes to help establish standards for the growing machine park.
• Support the selection, installation, and integration of new machines.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and external service providers to keep production moving.

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electronics technician, or comparable qualification
• Experience maintaining machinery and equipment in an industrial environment
• Structured working style, solid documentation skills, and a root-cause mindset
• You take action, stay organized, and communicate confidently with internal teams and external service providers
• Experience with milling, turning, presses, robots, or HVAC systems
• German at least B2 and English at least B1
