Job summary

Blackwave GmbH in Bavaria is seeking a meticulous lab/cleanroom technician to clean and prepare aerospace components according to defined procedures and quality standards. You will perform independent cleaning, document results, and ensure consistency in all steps.

You will take ownership, identify deviations early, and communicate issues to keep the team on schedule. The role requires on-site work in the first shift and fluent English; German language skills are a plus and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lab or cleanliness-controlled environment with quality documentation and industry practices.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and organized work.
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable wearing cleanroom/PPE gowning and performing repetitive tasks; basic computer skills for logging results and documentation.
• Fluent English; German is a plus and willingness to learn; willing to work on-site, first shift.
