What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping

  • Ensure a safe, hygienic, and compliant work environment

  • Continuously improve warehouse processes and cross-functional collaboration

  • Implement and maintain modern inventory systems and technologies

  • Oversee monthly billing, budget tracking, and cost control for warehouse activities

  • Manage internal and external stock control, provisioning, disposal, and recycling

  • Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of growth and inclusion

  • Monitor and report departmental metrics and performance indicators

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely logistics and customer satisfaction

  • Support cross-functional projects and contribute to shipping and fulfillment success

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain or industrial operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse teams

  • Experience with MPS Planning, MRP and advanced ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Navison, Oracle EBS)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools

  • High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Good English skills; local language skills are a plus

  • Knowledge of key warehouse KPIs including delivery performance, shipping times, inventory accuracy, and training metrics
