What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
Ensure a safe, hygienic, and compliant work environment
Continuously improve warehouse processes and cross-functional collaboration
Implement and maintain modern inventory systems and technologies
Oversee monthly billing, budget tracking, and cost control for warehouse activities
Manage internal and external stock control, provisioning, disposal, and recycling
Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of growth and inclusion
Monitor and report departmental metrics and performance indicators
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely logistics and customer satisfaction
Support cross-functional projects and contribute to shipping and fulfillment success
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
7+ years of experience in supply chain or industrial operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse teams
Experience with MPS Planning, MRP and advanced ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Navison, Oracle EBS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools
High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good English skills; local language skills are a plus
Knowledge of key warehouse KPIs including delivery performance, shipping times, inventory accuracy, and training metrics
