Biopharma Careers is seeking a Service Delivery Manager Infrastructure Services in Mainz to ensure stable, secure, and efficient delivery of core infrastructure services. You will be the primary contact for internal stakeholders and providers, driving service quality and continuous improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in IT Service Management, strong knowledge of server OS, databases, virtualization, and hybrid/cloud environments, plus fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in IT Service Management and Service Delivery within infrastructure services (>5 years).
• Strong understanding of server operating systems, database systems, virtualization, and hybrid/cloud environments.
