Jobtailor seeks a Project Coordination Manager to lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Coordinators. You will optimize resource allocation, balance workloads, and refine coordination workflows to improve delivery across projects.

In a hybrid, remote-friendly environment you will partner with Sales, Customer Success and Delivery leadership, monitor performance metrics and backlogs, and act as escalation point for complex client issues.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• 3+ years in a project manager or professional services role.
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing talent in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Deep understanding of professional services delivery frameworks, project management methodologies, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment.
• Experience in the construction industry or working with construction technology SaaS platforms is highly preferred.
