Aufgaben

• Lead multi-phase and multi-disciplinary client engagements.
• Manage dependencies and coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Own project financial performance, including forecasting, margin protection, revenue recognition, and proactive recovery planning.
• Partner with Practice Leadership to optimize delivery and profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Drive disciplined scope management and profitability alignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks before they impact delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and DACS Leadership.
• Present project status, risks, and recommendations to client executive audiences.
• Present portfolio and project status, risks, and recommendations to internal executive audiences.
• Contribute to project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
• Use delivery health indicators to proactively identify emerging risks and recommend corrective actions before client outcomes are impacted.
• Mentor others and elevate team performance.

• Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream projects
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through clear communications, data-driven recommendations, and trusted partnerships
• PMP certification or equivalent credential strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise cloud deployments, specifically utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies strongly preferred
• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, business readiness, training coordination, and user adoption strategies is a plus
• Familiarity with Organizational Change Management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or similar methodologies is a plus
• Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent experience is a plus
• Experience partnering with business and technical teams to drive successful adoption during enterprise technology and cloud transformation initiatives
