• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes while maintaining lean scope and budget.
• Apply Agile principles pragmatically based on client, project, and team needs.
• Facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies when they add value.
• Promote continuous improvement and help remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Participate in discovery and presales discussions with senior developers.
• Help gather requirements and understand business challenges.
• Contribute to project estimations, scope definition, and solution planning.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations before kickoff.
