GMX, WEB.DE & mail.com is seeking an experienced internal communications lead to translate complex strategy into clear, actionable messages across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure transparency, engagement, and alignment in transformation programs.

The role focuses on governance, executive messaging, leadership enablement, change communication, and structured dialogue with employees.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in communications, business, social sciences, media, or related field; equivalent qualification.
• Experience where communication is a key success factor (e.g., project, transformation, program, stakeholder management, consulting, or cross-functional roles).

• Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement a company-wide internal communication framework with formats, editorial planning, and clear responsibilities.
• Executive Communication: Shape key messages with senior leadership and ensure consistency across channels.

• Change Communication: Provide structure and narrative for transformation initiatives to align stakeholders.
• Dialogue & Feedback: Establish formats to capture employee sentiment and reflect it in decisions.

You will work closely with senior leadership and have a direct impact on transparency, engagement, and successful transformation.

• Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement a company-wide internal communication framework, including formats, editorial planning, and clear responsibilities to ensure consistent and effective communication.
• Executive Communication: Partner with senior leadership to shape key messages and ensure consistency across channels such as all-hands meetings, written updates, and ad-hoc communications.
• Leadership Enablement: Support managers in communicating key topics within their teams, making complex messages understandable and actionable in day-to-day business.
• Change Communication: Provide structure and narrative for transformation initiatives, translating complex developments into clear, engaging communication that creates alignment.
• Dialogue & Feedback: Establish formats that enable open exchange, capture employee sentiment, and ensure feedback is reflected in decision-making processes.

Your Profile

• Background & Experience: Degree in communications, business, social sciences, media, or a related field, or equivalent qualification. Experience in roles where communication is a key success factor (e.g., project, transformation, program, stakeholder management, consulting, or cross-functional roles).
• Stakeholder & Complexity Management: Proven ability to work in complex environments with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment through structured communication and continuous dialogue.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to structure, simplify, and convey complex topics for different target audiences across various formats and channels.
• Advisory & Influencing Skills: Experience working with senior stakeholders, providing guidance, challenging perspectives constructively, and driving communication effectiveness.
• Language & Mindset: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, combined with a proactive, structured, and impact-oriented working style.
