Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Several years in corporate communications or strategic communications; agency experience is a plus.
• Experience in a multinational company; supporting senior leaders/executives.
• Experience in change/leadership/transformation communication is advantageous.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Outstanding PowerPoint/presentation development capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex topics.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) is required; bilingual candidates ideal.
• Combines creativity with business understanding and AI-enabled approaches.

Position Overview

Working closely with the Head of Global Communications and senior business stakeholders, the Global Communications Specialist is a trusted partner on strategic corporate topics and a key contributor to the company's communication strategy and narrative. The role shapes corporate narratives, communication strategies, and messaging frameworks that support the company's business objectives, strategic priorities, and reputation.

It translates complex business topics into clear, compelling, audience-focused communication for internal and external stakeholders. Combining communication expertise with creativity, business understanding, and modern digital practices, the role develops communication concepts, presentations, content, and strategic plans that drive engagement, understanding, and alignment across the organization.

What you will do

Strategy & Narrative Development

• Support the development and implementation of communication strategies aligned with the company's strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Shape and embed corporate narratives and messaging frameworks across key communication activities and channels.
• Translate complex business, transformation, and organizational topics into compelling communication concepts and stakeholder-focused messaging.
• Develop strategic communication plans for business initiatives, organizational change, leadership programs, and transformation projects, including acquisitions, integrations, and restructuring.

Executive & Leadership Communications

• Develop materials for senior leaders and Executive Committee members, including presentations, speeches, talking points, Q&A, briefing documents, and leadership messages.

Content, Presentations & Storytelling

• Creation of high-quality management and executive presentations.

Digital & AI-Enabled Communication

• Use AI-supported tools and modern communication technologies to enhance content creation and effectiveness and continuous improvement of communication workflows.

Stakeholder Coordination

Close collaboration with HR, Strategy, Investor Relations, Legal, and other key functions, as well as proactive stakeholder management in a global business environment.

What we require

• Experience in a multinational company, with proven experience supporting senior leaders and executives.

• Outstanding PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex corporate topics.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) is required; bilingual candidates are ideal.
