SEFE Group is seeking an Internal Communication Expert to shape how we inform, engage, and connect employees globally. You will drive communications initiatives, manage digital channels, create compelling content, and strengthen our internal culture across our international organization.

You will craft plans, own intranet content, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure messages are clear, consistent, and audience-focused in both English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role in an international setting.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills; capable of simplifying complex topics.
• Fluent English and German written and spoken communication.

We're looking for anInternal Communication Expert who will play a key role in shaping how we inform, engage, and connect employees across our global organization. In this position, you'll drive communication initiatives, manage digital communication channels, create engaging content, and help strengthen our internal culture through clear and impactful communication.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Deliver internal communication initiatives in close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and senior leadership.
• Develop communication plans and campaigns that ensure the right messages reach the right audiences through the most effective channels.
• Own and continuously improve our intranet content and information architecture, working with contributors across the organization to keep content relevant, engaging, and up to date.
• Act as a key partner in the selection, implementation, and enhancement of communication tools, channels, and content formats.
• Manage and contribute to internal communication projects, taking ownership from concept through execution.
• Create, edit, and proofread high-impact communication materials in both English and German, ensuring clarity, consistency, and audience relevance.
• Plan, write, and publish engaging content for PULSE, our global intranet platform.
• Support and train employees and stakeholders on communication tools, processes, and best practices when needed.
• Stay ahead of communication trends and bring fresh ideas to continuously enhance employee engagement.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• Qualifications in Communications, Humanities, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or a comparable role within an international organization or agency environment.
• Proven experience managing communication projects, campaigns, and stakeholder relationships across diverse audiences.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills, with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand and engaging.
• Experience creating multimedia content, including video production and editing.
• Confidence working with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Solid understanding of communication strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and digital communication channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (business fluent) and German (native or business fluent),with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• A strong interest in emerging communication trends, technologies, and digital workplace tools.
• A creative mindset, hands‑on attitude, and a passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience.
