Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities

• Creation, testing, and evaluation of protection, measurement, and control concepts as well as circuit diagrams for electrical systems
• Planning and implementation of tenders, including the preparation of technical specifications, bills of quantities, and specifications
• Conducting bidder discussions, evaluating bids, and preparing well-founded decision-making documents for project management
• Project management and coordination of electrical construction projects in the medium- and high-voltage range, adhering to schedule, cost, and quality specifications
• Interface management and coordination with clients, grid operators, certifiers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Supporting conformity testing and commissioning of switchgear and generators, taking relevant standards and market requirements into account

Qualifications

• Ability to read, create, and evaluate protection, measurement, and control concepts (e.g., E-Plan, SLD)
• Knowledge of current communication protocols (IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-101/104, Modbus, or similar)
• Familiarity with energy market interfaces and their integration into grid and control systems
• In-depth knowledge of technical connection regulations for medium-voltage grids (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110).
• Knowledge of project management for electrical engineering projects and switchgear in MS/HS (scheduling, cost, and resource management)
• Completed degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or similar, or training in a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in consulting, with an engineering service provider, and/or in the energy industry
• Practical experience in project management, for example, in the energy sector
• Entrepreneurial thinking and sales affinity, ideally with an existing network in the relevant field
• Strong interest in current trends in the energy industry and new technologies
• Structured and independent working style
• High level of communication and coordination skills
• Ability to present complex technical issues appropriately to the target audience
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Basic willingness to travel and flexibility
