WHU Entrepreneurship Roundtable is seeking a dedicated professional to support the Examination Office in the Bachelor & Master department. The role is full-time with an initial one-year fixed-term contract and potential for extension or permanence.
You will advise students on examination matters, manage milestones and certifications, and assist examiners in planning and documenting assessments, while advancing digital processes and automation across Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.
The Examination Office in the Bachelor & Master department accompanies students throughout their entire academic journey – from their first weeks of lectures through to graduation and beyond. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Examination Office ensures that examination-related processes run smoothly, transparently, and in compliance with academic regulations.
The Bachelor program provides a solid foundation in business administration while the Master programs build on this foundation and allow for further specialization in more focused areas of management. The working languages are English and German. You will be part of a small, dedicated team working closely with students, faculty members, and academic leadership.
This full-time position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.
