Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Manager Content Architecture to lead content strategy and governance across Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing. You will shape taxonomy, metadata, and AI-ready content, partnering with multiple teams to ensure scalable, reusable information assets.

The role requires 5+ years in content or information architecture, strong stakeholder skills and fluency in English, with German language a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in content architecture or governance.
• Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata and structured content principles.

• Develop and evolve content architecture frameworks,

• Develop guidance, playbooks and enablement material for content stakeholders.
• Identify information and content gaps, structural dependencies and improvement opportunities across key business priorities.
• Partner with divisional and central teams to ensure alignment and adoption of content standards.
• Support the continuous evolution of information and content capabilities, governance and ways of working .

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Innovation Management , or a related field additional qualifications in Digital Transformation or Artificial Intelligence are a plus
• At least 5 years professional experience in Content Architecture, Information Architecture, Content Strategy or Content Governance.
• Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata and structured content principles .
• Experience building scalable frameworks, standards or operating models .
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions .
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a matrix environment.
• Very good communication and presentation skills in English , German is a plus.
