Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Project Manager Design System to drive initiatives across our Corporate Functions, shaping strategy and processes for scalable design platforms. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles for the technology platform, coordinate planning, execution, and control, and keep stakeholders aligned through clear metrics and reporting.

Requirements include a degree in engineering or related fields, 5+ years in semiconductors, English proficiency (German a plus),

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related subject
• At least 5 years of work experience in the semiconductor business
• Ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows and methodologies or EDA
• Experience in project management
• Preferably a project management certification like IPMA or PMPA
• Good sense for intercultural differences
• Excellent English communication skills – with German being a plus
