Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced compensation and benefits lead in Frankfurt to design and implement compensation strategies and job evaluation frameworks. You will manage a small team, ensure legal and works council compliance, and drive market benchmarking projects.

You will work with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, using Excel/Power BI to analyze data and support decision making. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Several years' professional experience, including leadership experience.
• Experience with job-grading / job evaluation systems.
• Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and company works council rules.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Excel/Power BI, and benchmarking tools.
• Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.

• Develop, maintain and implement compensation strategies and policies, including fixed and variable pay
• Lead and further develop the small team
• Build and advance a job-grading / job evaluation system
• Ensure compliance with national legal requirements, collective bargaining agreements and company/works council agreements
• Conduct ongoing market studies / benchmarking and analyze internal data, perform gap analyses and identify trends
• Initiate and lead projects, e.g. standardization, introduction or optimization of C&B systems or tools (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or other systems)
