About this Position
What you’ll do
  • Manage contract manufacturing organization and capability for the BU to ensure quality product supply on time
  • Identify, drive and implement cost-saving initiatives and best practice processes to improve total supply chain cost basis and ensure continuous improvement
  • Partner with respective teams to optimize BU contract manufacturing footprint
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with social standards, SHEQ, stock taking and performance in line with legal and Henkel requirements
  • Regularly review and evaluate BU 3PM compliance performance and collaborate with audit teams to conduct BU 3PM compliance audits as per plan
  • Manage BU 3PM complaints in accordance with Henkel’s CCMS and SCMS
  • Responsible for routine toller key performance management covering technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery and cost, including monthly BU 3PM reporting
  • Ensure effective systems are in place to protect Henkel BU technologies, business information and Henkel-supplied materials
What makes you a good fit
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in Engineering or Supply Chain Management with high level of project management tasks
  • Profound experience in supplier interaction as well as strong ability to work in cross-functional and cross-departmental teams
  • Strong project management and communication skills, including experienced handling of MS Office and SAP
  • High level of proactiveness and sense of responsibility, combined with possession of an EU driving licence
  • Fluent English language skills required, German is of advantage
