Job summary

Sephora in Munich is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to support customers on the sales floor across Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care and Fragrance, delivering expert advice and building relationships. You will develop your expertise, share knowledge with the team, run beauty classes, and ensure compelling product presentation while maintaining stock and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Active support and advice for customers in Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care and Fragrance on the sales floor.
• Living the Sephora Attitude: Welcoming, Knowing, Closing.
• Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and building relationships at eye level.
• Developing expertise and sharing knowledge with the team; running beauty classes and visual merchandising updates.
• Maintaining product presentation according to visual merchandising standards; stocking and inventory tasks; operating the cash register.

Sales & Customer Service

• Active support and advice for our customers in their departments (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, Fragrance) and beauty trends on the sales floor

• Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
• Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
• Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
