Job summary

Sephora is hiring for a flexible retail role in Germany. You will actively assist customers across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare, sharing product knowledge and fashioning strong relationships. You’ll support classes, merchandising, inventory, and day-to-day store operations to ensure an engaging, welcoming shopping experience.

The position emphasises diverse and inclusive culture, with opportunities to grow through training and ongoing learning in a dynamic beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy.
• Excellent communication with customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn about products, trends and beauty news.
• Fluency in English or local language.

Responsibilities

• Provide active support and advice for customers across departments (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, Fragrance).
• Share knowledge about products and trends to build customer relationships.
• Support beauty classes and in-store services.
• Maintain product presentation according to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock, inventories and daily store operations.
