Job summary

Sephora is seeking a passionate beauty advisor to assist customers across Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care and Fragrance on the sales floor. You will share product knowledge and help customers feel welcome and informed.

Living the Sephora Attitude—Welcoming, Knowing, Closing—you will build relationships, support sales, and stay on top of beauty trends while collaborating with the team to maintain presentation and deliver exceptional service daily.

Qualifications

• Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy sector.
• First experience in retail and in advising and dealing with customers.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends.
• Fluent in English or native language of the country.
• Acts people oriented.
• Shows creativity and drives innovation.

Responsibilities

• Active support and advice for our customers in all departments (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, Fragrance) and beauty trends on the sales floor.

• Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye level
• Passing on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news
• Maintaining product presentation in line with visual merchandising standards
