Sephora Hannover is seeking a Beauty Expert Make up in a full-time or part-time role. You will actively assist customers across Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care and Fragrance, sharing beauty insights and trends on the shop floor, while living the Sephora Attitude.

Strong communication, retail experience, and fluency in English are required, with opportunities to lead in-store beauty classes and merchandising support.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in the respective departments (training period: at least 6 months).
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Mature experience in retail, consulting and dealing with customers.
• Fluent in English or local language.

Operations

• Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
• Assortment and merchandise maintenance
• Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
• Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
• Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
• Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
• Carrying out inventories
• Operating cash register
• Additional tasks related to the daily business
