Zusammenfassung

DocMorris is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to keep our conveyor and material-handling systems running smoothly at our high-tech logistics hub in Heerlen and Aachen. You will inspect, repair, and optimize equipment, install mechanical and electrical components, and collaborate with contractors to upgrade installations.

The role requires vocational training in industrial mechanics/mechatronics/electronics, plus experience in logistics/automation.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience, ideally in maintenance within a logistics or automated warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working at heights (no fear of climbing / working on elevated conveyor platforms).
• Working knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Siemens S7 / TIA Portal) is an asset.
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and a structured way of working.
• Good German and English skills – Dutch is a plus.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a 2-shift model (early and late shifts) as well as occasional weekend shifts (maximum twice a month, Saturday or Sunday)
