Job summary

IDH Anlagenbau und Montage GmbH in Deutschland sucht eine/n qualifizierte/n Zerspanungstechniker/in. Sie fertigen Präzisionsbauteile aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen, richten CNC-Bohrmaschinen ein, programmieren Prozesse und überwachen die Produktion. Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, verantwortungsbewusst und tragen zur Qualitätssicherung bei.

Qualifications

• Sie sind Gelernte/r Zerspanungstechniker/in oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Sie besitzen Erfahrung im Bedienen von CNC-Dreh- oder Fräswerkzeugen und lesen technische Zeichnungen.

Responsibilities

• Präzisionsteile gemäß technischer Vorgaben fertigen.
• CNC-Bohrenmaschinen betreiben, einrichten, Programme erstellen und Fertigungsprozesse überwachen.
• Wartungsarbeiten durchführen und notwendige Reparaturen melden.
• Qualitätskontrollen durchführen, Ergebnisse dokumentieren und Anforderungen sicherstellen.

Manufacture precision parts

Operate and set up boring mills

You inspect workpieces, document results and ensure that requirements are met.
