Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Betrieb und Einrichtung von Mazak (Integrex i) Dreh- und Fräszentren.
• Optimierung der Programmbahnen (DIN ISO oder Mazatrol Smooth).
• Selbstinspektion und Messung der gefertigten Teile.
• Wartungsarbeiten an den Maschinen eigenständig durchführen.

Are you a professional in metalworking and would like to use your knowledge in a varied working environment? Then we have the ideal opportunity for you! To expand our long-standing team, we are looking for a motivated machining mechanic (m/f/d) with very good Mazak Integrex knowledge as soon as possible.

• Operating and setting up Mazak (Integrex i) turning and milling centers
• Optimizing program sequences (DIN ISO or Mazatrol Smooth)
• Inspecting and measuring manufactured parts as part of self-inspection
• Independently carrying out maintenance and care work on the machines
• Occasional conventional turning, drilling, and grinding

Your profile

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as a machining technician or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge and experience in CNC programming is an advantage
• Reliability and teamwork skills
• Conscientious and responsible work with a strong quality awareness
• Work experience in the above-mentioned field
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings
• Proficient handling of measuring and testing equipment
• Good written and spoken German skills
