Herrmann Ultraschall is seeking a skilled CNC turning technician for complex parts and small production runs in ultrasonic welding. You will read technical drawings and optimize CNC programs to improve tooling strategies, while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have vocational machining training, DMG MORI CTX experience, and fluent German. The role involves two-shift operation and teamwork in a modern production setting.

• Setting up, configuring, and operating CNC lathes and machining centers (DMG MORI CTX)
• Conducting quality and dimensional inspections

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a machining technician or comparable training
• Good knowledge of German
• Experience in CNC turning, ideally on machines from the DMG MORI CTX series
• Knowledge of CNC programming (DIN/ISO G-code)
• Proficiency with Siemens SINUMERIK 840D and ShopTurn
• Experience in setting up and optimizing CNC turning programs
• Ability to work well in a team and a precise, results-oriented approach to work with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Flexibility to work in a two-shift operation
