Zusammenfassung

Die Edelstahlwerk W. Ossenberg & Cie. GmbH sucht einen versierten Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) zur Herstellung von Formwerkzeugen und hochwertigen Bauteilen für Automobil- und Maschinenbau. Sie arbeiten an internen Hochleistungswerkzeugen mit moderner CNC-Ausstattung, inkl.

HSC- und 5-Achs-Fräsen. Sie arbeiten eigenständig, legen Wert auf Präzision und Teamarbeit. Vorkenntnisse in Heidenhain-Steuerungen sowie Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung hochlegierter Stähle sind wünschenswert.

Qualifikationen

• Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Zerspanen von Hochlegierungen und komplexen Geometrien vorteilhaft.
• Vertraut mit Heidenhain-Steuerungen.
• Erfahrung mit HSC- und 5-Achs-Fräsen ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von Formenwerkzeugen und hochwertigen Bauteilen für Kunden in Automobil- und Maschinenbau.
• Rohlinge und Werkzeuge für interne Hochdruck-Stanzverfahren bearbeiten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Fachkollegen aus Werkzeugbau, Drehen und EDM.
• Eigene Bauteile eigenständig vermessen und qualitätssicher beurteilen.

Cutting mechanic m/f/d

• As a machinist (m/f/d), you will produce forming tools as well as high-quality parts and components for our customers in the automotive and mechanical engineering industries.
• Furthermore, you will machine the forming tools required for our internal hot stamping operations.
• A modern fleet of CNC machinery, featuring HSC and 5-axis milling machines, is available to you for this purpose.
• You work closely with our skilled professionals from all areas of toolmaking, including turning and electrical discharge machining.
• The autonomous dimensional inspection of the components processed and manufactured by you is also part of your duties.

Your profile:

• You have completed your vocational training as a machinist (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in machining high-alloy steels and complex geometries.
• You are familiar with Heidenhain controls.
• Experience in HSC and 5-axis milling technology is an advantage.
• You work independently and are motivated, have a strong sense of quality and are characterised by your ability to work in a team.
