Henkel is seeking a site lead for its external warehouse provider in Germany. You will act as the primary Henkel counterpart, safeguard inventory accuracy, and drive service quality and operational performance through effective supplier management.

You will oversee warehouse infrastructure, maintain equipment, ensure business continuity, and uphold contractual commitments and governance standards while leading a small local team and collaborating across functions globally.

Competenze

• Master's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in German and English.
