Zusammenfassung

Henkel is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) leader for the plant in Düsseldorf, Germany. You will manage all CI activities and implement a global CI strategy to optimize production efficiency and product quality.

You will drive KPI delivery, budgets, and project execution while coaching HPS practitioners across deployment. The role requires a Bachelor/Master in a technical field, 5–10 years of plant experience, and fluent English and German.

Aufgaben

• Manage all Continuous Improvement (CI) activities and projects in the plant
• Implement a Continuous Improvement strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products
• Deliver against production performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Set up and execute development plans for production personnel, especially CI training; coaches HPS practitioners on HPS deployment
• Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
• Organize and facilitate improvement workshops; lead the team in the workshop, coordinates and follows up on implementation
• Train the participants and trainers on the standards and uses them consistently
• Manage and oversee the HPS program deployment; develop and manage the HPS capability development program
• Act as role model of continuous improvement culture and behaviors
• Validate and certify accomplishment of the different capability levels
• Coach the use of HPS principles and tools, and the mindset to sustain the program
• Track progress of the master plan and provide advice/detect obstacles
