Job summary

Henkel GCC in Düsseldorf is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the relationship with our external warehouse provider and safeguard inventory accuracy, service quality, and operational performance. You will oversee warehouse infrastructure, maintenance programs, and business continuity, ensuring compliance with contracts and governance while driving KPI improvements with suppliers.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience and excellent understanding of warehouse management

• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and strategic thinking with hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and English

• Define, implement, and continuously improve KPIs, SLAs, and performance management processes with external suppliers
• Lead, develop, and empower the local warehouse team (3-4 team members), including technical, maintenance, and systems-related functions
• Manage key internal and external stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration across local, regional, and global teams
