Henkel is seeking a senior Data Science leader in Germany to steer a high-performing team and translate business goals into scalable analytics solutions. You will guide PoC to production, collaborate with product teams, and promote an agile, learning-driven culture.

You will mentor data scientists, deepen domain expertise, and champion data science as a company-wide capability across units. Fluency in English and a strong track record are required.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a STEM field (e.g. Physics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science); PhD is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics environment.
• Solid track record of delivering data science products from idea to deployment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one data science area: ML, optimization, statistical modelling, deep learning, time-series, graph analytics; AI experience a plus.
• Fluent in English.

• Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists, takingpride in solving complex business challenges and delivering high-qualitydata products
• Translate business goals into analytics objectives andexecute transition from proof of concept to scalable production solutionsin close collaboration with cross-functional product teams
• Lead product teams in executing our Data &Analytics strategy while fostering an agile mindset and a culture ofcontinuous learning, integrity, and shared accountability
• Explore emerging technologies with curiosity andpassion, identifying opportunities to unlock their full potential andcreate business value
