As we continue our rapid expansion in Germany and Europe, we are strengthening our compliance structures, establishing robust governance frameworks, and creating exciting opportunities for professionals who want to make a real impact from day one.
The position is based at our Munich Office (Ottostrasse 11, 85757, Karlsfeld) and is 100% on-site.
Job Responsibilities:
- Network quality KPI management: Monitor, analyse and drive continuous improvement for network operational and service quality KPIs. Lead CSP/DSP partner recruitment and PODU pickup point development across Bavaria. Roll out newly introduced assessment metrics, formulate implementation guidelines, and deliver briefings and training to local teams, stations and delivery partners to ensure execution.
- Station operational data monitoring: Track and analyse key inbound and outbound data of stations, proactively identify anomalies and risks, pinpoint operational issues via data insights, and boost station productivity and overall service performance.
- Service quality KPI monitoring: Focus on core metrics such as pickup and successful delivery rates. Track target attainment and deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and push relevant stations to design and implement corrective actions.
- Parcel quality management: Follow up, investigate and resolve issues including damaged and lost parcels. Enforce standard operating procedures at stations and optimise workflows to reduce damage and loss rates, elevating network service quality and operational standardisation.
- SOP compliance supervision: Regularly audit station delivery workflows and policy adherence. Identify non-compliant stations, monitor remediation progress and ensure full closure of issues.
- Station capability building: Organise regular and ad-hoc skill training programmes tailored to station performance and business needs, to improve operational compliance, service quality and capacity.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Maintain close communication with regional teams, frontline operations and stations. Coordinate and drive alignment on KPIs, service standards and SOPs to guarantee consistent implementation of platform requirements on the ground.
Requirements:
- Education: College diploma or above, major in Logistics Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience: 1–3 years of working experience in courier, logistics or related industries, preferably in station operations, service quality control, data analysis or customer operations. Solid understanding of end-to-end courier workflows including pickup, transit, sorting and last-mile delivery, as well as common operational pain points.
- Data skills: Proficient in Excel for data processing, reporting and analysis. Data-sensitive, detail-oriented and capable of spotting anomalies and hidden risks promptly.
- Problem-solving: Strong logical reasoning and root-cause analysis skills. Able to combine data with on-site business context to diagnose issues and propose practical improvement plans.
- Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage regional teams and station partners, drive corrective actions and follow through until resolution.
- Language: Business proficiency in English. German or Arabic is a plus.
- Work arrangement: Ready for frequent travel across Bavaria (based in Munich initially). Flexible to work overtime during peak seasons and big sales campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on logistics operations experience in Bavaria or wider Europe
