Job summary

Orizon GmbH sucht am Standort Hamburg/Finkenwerder eine/n Cabin FAL Interface Front Office (m/w/d) im Beschaffungsbereich. Sie koordinieren Lieferungen von BFE/SFE Kabinenkomponenten und arbeiten eng mit der Final Assembly Line sowie dem ADC zusammen.

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Supply Chain/Logistik oder vergleichbar, bringen Erfahrung in Supply Chain, Supplier Management und Aircraft Construction mit und beherrschen SAP sowie Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Studien im Bereich Supply Chain / Logistik oder Technischer Fachrichtung oder vergleichbar.
• Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain / Logistik, Supplier Management, Aircraft Construction sowie Line Side Support.
• Kenntnisse in SAP und Google Workspace werden vorausgesetzt, Deutsch fließend, Englisch gut.

Responsibilities

• Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit von Kabinenausstattung in enger Abstimmung mit Final Assembly Line und Airbus Delivery Center (ADC).
• Risikominderung, Korrekturmaßnahmen einleiten und Recovery-Pläne vorantreiben.
• Regelmäßige Teilnahme an operative Meetings und transparente Berichte/ KPI liefern.
• Alle Kabinenausfallarbeiten mit lokalen On-Site-Teams koordinieren; eskalierte Blocking Items an Supplier-Standorte weiterleiten.
• Systematische Probleme identifizieren und Gegenmaßnahmen ableiten.
• Ansprechpartner für BFE/SFE-Lieferantenmanagement gemäß Vorgaben sein.
• Sicherstellen, dass Lieferantenprozesse konform sind, um Kundenzufriedenheit zu unterstützen.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer you are acting as Cabin FAL Interface Front Office (m/f/d) as part of the Procurement Organization at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder. In this position you will manage all issues related to deliveries of BFE and SFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment and Seller Furnished Equipment) cabin equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensuring availability for cabin furnishing in close collaboration with Final Assembly Line and Airbus Delivery Center (ADC)
• Mitigating risks, implementing corrective actions and driving recovery plans
• Joining operational meetings regularly to provide full transparency through reports and key performance indicators
• Managing all cabin outstanding work activities with the local on-site support teams whereas blocking items need to be escalated to the respective supplier homebase
• Identifying systematic issues and trigger containment and eradication actions
• Being the focal point for BFE and SFE supplier management according to valid procedures
• Ensure process adherence of our suppliers to support customer satisfaction in terms of cabin

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Supply Chain / Logistics, a Technical field or comparable
• Professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistic, Supplier Management, Aircraft Construction and Line Side Support
• Experience in the field of cabin or interior design desirable
• Advanced skills in SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent German and good English skills spoken and written
• Willingness to work on a 2-shift schedule. Every 3-4 weeks, there is a shift change from 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
