Job Details

• Job Share: Full-time (38.5 hours per week)
• Location: FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany
• Salary: The salary and benefit package depend upon qualifications and experience; according to collective agreement, category VIa (manager level)
• Start date: as soon as possible

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Legal Counsel as a generalist, who combines legal expertise with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. In this role, you will work across different departments, provide hands‑on advice in particular on corporate, commercial, civil and contract law, and ensure that FLOCERT operates within a secure and compliant legal framework.

You will help colleagues navigate complex legal topics, contribute to governance processes, and act as a trusted partner in drafting, commenting and negotiating contracts as well as decision‑making. You will be part of an international and diverse environment where cooperation, responsibility and respect matter in practice.
