Interroll Conveyor GmbH is seeking a Learning & Development Project Manager to plan, implement and evaluate learning initiatives across digital, classroom, blended or on-the-job formats.

You will manage projects within scope, time and budget, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external providers. The role requires a Master’s level education, 3–5 years in PM, instructional design experience, and fluency in English and German.

Formación

• University degree in HR, Education, Business or related field; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in Learning & Development.
• Proven experience in instructional design.

Responsabilidades

• Manage learning projects within scope, time, budget and in alignment with business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers, vendors and consultants.

• Ensure consistent learning communication and documentation.
• Share best practices and success stories across regions and functions.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning projects (digital, classroom, blended or on-the-job)
• Managing learning projects within scope, time, budget and in alignment with business priorities
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers, vendors and consultants
• Developing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Ensuring consistent learning communication and documentation
• Share best practices and success stories across regions and functions

Your profile:

• University degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in Learning & Development
• Proven experience in instructional design
• Strong proficiency in learning methodologies and learning technologies
• Excellent project management skills
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and native-level German
• Enjoys to work in a structured and independent manner
• Enjoys to work in international teams
