Job summary

Interroll Software Electronics GmbH is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Project Manager to drive learning initiatives across an international team. You will plan, implement, and evaluate learning projects (digital, classroom, blended or on-the-job) and manage scope, time, and budget.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers, develop and maintain our LMS, and ensure consistent learning communication and documentation in a structured, independent manner.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in Learning & Development.
• Proven experience in instructional design.
• Strong proficiency in learning methodologies and learning technologies.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and native-level German.
• Enjoys to work in a structured and independent manner.
• Enjoys to work in international teams.
