Job summary

Interroll Software Electronics GmbH is seeking a Learning & Development Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and assessment of learning initiatives across digital, classroom, blended and on-the-job formats.

You will coordinate with international teams, manage the LMS, and ensure consistent communication and documentation while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Education, Business or related field; Master's preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in Learning & Development.
• Proven experience in instructional design.
• Strong proficiency in learning methodologies and learning technologies.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Fluent in English (C1) and native-level German.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Enjoys working in international teams.

Your profile:

• University degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in Learning & Development
• Proven experience in instructional design
• Strong proficiency in learning methodologies and learning technologies
• Excellent project management skills
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and native-level German
• Enjoys to work in a structured and independent manner
• Enjoys to work in international teams
