Jobtailor is seeking a senior Learning Solutions professional in Germany to develop, implement, and manage technology learning products. You will identify courses, labs, assessments, and live instructor-led training, and own the performance of Cloud and Security solutions.

Work closely with Sales to shape opportunities and define offerings while using learner data to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical content development, or a related field.
• Experience defining and launching packaged solutions in a SaaS or services context.
• Proven history in crafting curricula and applying modern learning methodologies.
• Experience working closely with enterprise sales to shape and close multi-stakeholder deals.
• A detailed grasp of the commercial landscape.
• Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-informed decision-making skills.
• Proven experience designing and delivering blended learning programs.
