Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany seeks a senior Learning and Development leader to own the franchise training strategy and lifecycle. You will design, implement, and measure programs and materials, partnering with SMEs to structure content and manage timelines.

You will lead train-the-trainer initiatives and curate onboarding resources to support scale. You will also manage LMS content and vendor relationships, drive training effectiveness metrics, and collaborate with IT and Finance on systems and pilots.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training program management.
• Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.
• Healthcare, franchising, or multi-unit operations experience is desirable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, education, OD, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own the learning and development strategy for the franchise network.
• Design, build, implement, measure, and manage training programs and materials.
• Own end-to-end learning lifecycle for tools, processes, and pilots deployed to the franchise network.
• Partner with subject matter experts to extract knowledge, structure learning content, and manage production timelines.
• Select learning formats, scope, length, and sequencing based on audience and adult learning principles.
• Design and produce onboarding materials, educational modules, reference guides, quick-start documentation, facilitator guides, and other learning assets.
• Lead virtual or in-person training sessions and certify trainers for train-the-trainer programs.
• Manage LMS content, including publication, accessibility, updates, and retirement.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to manage the LMS vendor, Activated Insights.
• Define and measure training effectiveness using completion rates, knowledge assessments, behavioral adoption metrics, and qualitative feedback.
• Analyze training data and feedback to improve content.
• Manage learning workstreams with project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and blockers proactively.
• Support broader NIO initiatives including pilot coordination, vendor management, change management, and stakeholder communication

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training program management
• Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools
• Experience in healthcare, franchising, or multi-unit operations is desirable
• Ability to work during general company working hours
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or related field is preferred
