The Role

We’re hiring a Lead Software Developer to take technical ownership of a modern, customer-facing investment platform. You’ll shape the architecture, lead a small development team, and stay hands‑on in building scalable, high-quality software.

What You’ll Do

• Own the technical architecture and delivery of a core platform
• Lead and coach a cross‑functional dev team (~5 people)
• Contribute hands‑on in JavaScript / TypeScript / React
• Plan and prioritise the roadmap with Product & Operations
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and stability
• Improve CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and deployment
• Resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement
